As a global leader with over 20 years of experience in technology, education, and organizational development, I specialize in driving innovation and empowering people to reach their full potential. My expertise spans generative AI integration, Agile team coaching, high-performance leadership, and cultural intelligence, with a focus on fostering effective communication across diverse teams. I’ve led transformative initiatives worldwide, from mentoring developers in AI-powered workflows to advancing top talent into leadership roles.

I’m also the mother of four children who have navigated the uncertainty of high school and the college process. Watching them struggle to understand their strengths and feel confident about their future made me realize how challenging it can be to guide young people, even with my background in helping others perform at their best. This deeply personal experience inspired me to create PathFinder, a project I’m bootstrapping to development.

PathFinder is a cutting-edge platform leveraging AI technology and psychometric assessments to help high school students, parents, teachers and counselors identify student strengths and align them with meaningful career paths. Still in development, this project reflects my passion for creating tools that provide clarity, actionable insights, and equitable access to guidance during these pivotal moments.
